The international organization "Parrot Toy Angels," was founded on
August 6, 2005. This group has helped over 27 different bird rescue
organizations or individuals. Members have generously donated their
time and money to make and/or ship bird toys for needy pet birds. If

The Capital District Pet Bird Club has been instrumental in rescuing
unwanted pet birds and finding foster homes for them.
If you (or someone you know) have a pet bird that you are no longer
able to keep, please contact the following:

They will try to assist you in finding a good home for your unwanted
pet bird.
Note: our rescue program is only for pet caged birds, not "wild"
outdoor birds.
